Terms and Conditions for Badal Lo App

Welcome to Badal Lo. By using our app and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. General Overview
Badal Lo is a platform that facilitates dress exchanges, auctions, and brand registrations. We provide a secure, user-friendly space for individuals and brands to swap, sell, or buy dresses.

2. Exchange Functionality
Users can upload dresses for exchange by providing accurate descriptions, sizes, brand details, and clear photos (minimum of 4). Both users must like each other’s dresses to proceed with an exchange. Once matched, Badal Lo arranges pickup, quality assurance, and delivery. The dress handed over must match the description provided. If it does not, or if it is damaged or a replica, Badal Lo reserves the right to confiscate the dress without compensation.

3. Auction Functionality
Users may upload dresses for auction with a starting bid price. The highest bidder wins the dress at auction end. Once our rider picks up the dress from the seller, the agreed payment is credited instantly to the seller’s Badal Lo wallet. Withdrawals from the wallet are processed within 5 working days. If the dress fails quality checks, it will be returned to the seller, the payment reversed, and a minimum fee will be charged to cover pickup and drop-off expenses.

4. Brand Registration and Sales
Brands, including home-based and emerging designers, can register with Badal Lo by submitting a form and brand logo. Registered brands may upload catalogs of new dresses. Badal Lo charges a commission (10%-20%) on each sale. Payments are credited to the brand’s wallet upon dress handover and can be withdrawn within 5 working days.

5. Payout Terms
Payments for exchanges, auctions, and brand sales are made to users’ Badal Lo wallet once the rider confirms pickup. Wallet funds can be withdrawn to the user’s bank account within 5 working days.

6. Quality Assurance
Every dress is subject to quality checks, including authenticity verification, photo match, and dry cleaning where applicable. Badal Lo may reject or return items that do not meet our standards.

7. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information about dresses and comply with pickup schedules. Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
Badal Lo is not responsible for indirect losses, damages, delays, or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, government actions, or third-party service disruptions. Badal Lo does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of our app. Badal Lo is not liable for any disputes between users, or between users and brands, and is not responsible for the quality, fit, or condition of dresses beyond the scope of our quality assurance process. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk and indemnify Badal Lo against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse of the platform.
