What is Badal Lo?
Badal Lo is Pakistan's premier fashion-tech mobile application that provides four distinct ways to access fashion: purchasing Brand New pieces, exchanging dresses garment-to-garment, renting luxury dresses for occasions, and participating in curated fashion auctions.
How does the Dress Exchange match work?
Exchange on Badal Lo is strictly garment-to-garment (dress-to-dress). You list a dress you own, browse other available dresses, and like what you'd wear. When another user likes your dress and you like theirs, a mutual match occurs! Both parties confirm the swap, and our delivery partner handles doorstep pickup and exchange.
How does Occasion Rental work?
You choose a luxury wedding, mehndi, or party dress from our rental collection and select the calendar dates for your event. The dress is professionally dry-cleaned and delivered to your doorstep. You enjoy your event, and at the end of the rental period, our rider collects it. Your security deposit is promptly released after return inspection.
How do Curated Fashion Auctions work?
Eligible designer listings are featured with starting and reserve bids for a defined time window. Verified buyers place transparent bids through the app. The winning bidder completes payment, and the piece is delivered with full escrow protection.
Can I buy brand-new dresses on Badal Lo?
Yes. Our Brand New module features pristine, never-worn pieces from verified designers and partner brands with direct checkout, sizing guarantees, and fast delivery.
What payment methods are supported?
Badal Lo accepts digital payments via Premier PayFast (regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan) including RAAST Instant Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPak, and mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash). Cash on Delivery (COD) is also supported for retail orders.
What are your delivery areas and timelines?
We provide 24–48 hour express doorstep delivery across Lahore with dedicated riders, and 2–4 business day delivery across all major cities in Pakistan via verified courier partners. View our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or arrives damaged?
Yes. Badal Lo offers a 48-hour inspection window upon delivery. If an item is damaged or materially misstated, you can initiate a dispute or return through the app. Please see our Refund & Return Policy.
